ExploreEvery kitchen and bathroom we build starts with a real conversation about how you cook, how you get ready in the morning, where the traffic jams happen on a Tuesday night — then we design and price around that, not a generic template.
The same disciplined process whether it's a powder room refresh or a full kitchen and primary bath remodel.
We walk the space with you, take real measurements, and talk through how you actually use the room — not just what looks good in a photo. Most consultations run 45–60 minutes and are free.
You get one detailed, itemized proposal — materials, labor, and timeline — before any work starts. No allowances that balloon later, no change-order surprises for anything we could have measured up front.
We bring samples to you or set up a showroom visit for cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixtures. If you already know what you want, we source it. If you don't, we narrow it down fast.
We pull the permits your city or county requires, schedule inspections, and give you a real start date — not a placeholder.
A dedicated project lead is your one point of contact for the entire job, with weekly updates so you're never wondering what's happening behind the dust barrier.
We walk the finished space with you line by line against the original proposal before we consider the job done — and stand behind the work after we leave.
“They redid our kitchen in about five weeks and it never once felt chaotic. The island alone changed how our whole family uses the room.”
“Our old shower was the reason we never wanted guests to see the upstairs. Now it's the reason we do.”
“We got three other quotes first. Indiana Kitchen & Bath was the only one that actually measured before pricing anything.”
Based in Carmel, working across Hamilton, Boone, Hancock, and Marion counties.
Most full kitchen remodels we complete in Hamilton, Boone, Hancock, and Marion counties land between $38,000 and $95,000, depending on layout changes, cabinetry level, and countertop material. A cabinet refresh with new countertops and hardware — no layout changes — typically runs $18,000–$32,000. We give every homeowner a written, itemized proposal before any work starts, so you know the real number for your project, not a marketing range.
A primary bathroom remodel typically takes 3–5 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. A powder room or secondary bath usually runs 1.5–3 weeks. Timelines depend mostly on whether we're moving plumbing lines and how far out custom cabinetry or tile needs to be ordered — we build both into your schedule up front so the date we give you is the date we hit.
Yes. We pull all required permits for your city or county — Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Zionsville, Boone County, Hancock County, and Indianapolis/Marion County all have slightly different processes, and we handle the paperwork and inspection scheduling as part of every project.
For most kitchen and bathroom remodels, yes. We seal off the work area with dust barriers and keep a clear path through the rest of the house. If you're down to one bathroom during a primary bath remodel, or your kitchen is fully disconnected for more than a few days, we'll walk you through what to expect before we start — no surprises.
Quartz is engineered stone — extremely consistent, low-maintenance, and doesn't need sealing. Granite is natural stone with more variation and character, and needs sealing roughly once a year. Quartzite is natural stone that looks similar to marble but is significantly harder and more heat-resistant. We bring samples of all three to your consultation so you're deciding based on the slab in front of you, not a swatch photo.
Free, no-pressure in-home consultation. We'll measure, listen, and follow up with a real fixed-price proposal — not a rough guess.
